Thank you for shopping with Aurelia Hart. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Order processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping times Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Some destinations may take up to 20 business days during peak periods. These are estimates, not guarantees, as delivery times depend on the carrier and on customs in your country.

Shipping cost We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.

Customs, duties and taxes Prices are shown in EUR. For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may be charged on arrival by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Wrong or incomplete address Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us at support@aureliahart.co as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost or delayed orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@aureliahart.co and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
